Santa Trains on the Zsuzsi Railway

The Santa trains are returning to the Zsuzsi Forest Railway! On December 6, 2025, Saturday, passengers can travel to Hármashegyalja with light trains to meet the Forest Santa!

Santa Train - The Christmas of the Forest (morning program) 

Departure from Ruyter Street Station: 9:30
Departure from Hármashegyalja: 13:00

Programs:
- Making forest bird treats – preparing bird-friendly delicacies for winter feeding
- Refilling wildlife feeders – a shared experience in helping nature
- Meeting the Forest Santa and his friends – storytelling and group photos
- Visiting the Santa's House – winter forest exhibition and festive atmosphere

The service is available at regular fare and with the purchase of an event ticket!

Santa Train - Light Train (evening program) 

Departure from Ruyter Street Station: 17:00
Departure from Hármashegyalja: 20:00

Programs:
- Travel to Hármashegyalja on the festively decorated Zsuzsi steam train and the Light Train.
- Meeting the Forest Santa
- Special nature education session
- How we can help the forest inhabitants in winter
- Bird presentation

Gastronomic adventures await all interested at the House of Nature: hot chocolate, Christmas punch, spiced coffee, elf cookies. The train can be accessed with a nostalgia ticket and an event ticket!
