Traffic Regulations During the Flower Carnival

In order to ensure the smooth running of the Debrecen Flower Carnival and its accompanying events, the operation of buses, trolleybuses, and trams will change. The DKV Zrt. services will operate according to a public holiday schedule on August 20, Thursday.

TRAM SERVICES

Tram Line 1:
On Line 1, trams will not operate from the start of service until the carnival parade passes, expected until 14:00. However, from 14:00 to 16:18, they will run on the full line.

During the evening events, from 16:26 until the end of service, tram replacement buses marked 1V will transport passengers between Nagyállomás – Egyetem – Klinikai Központ – Egyetem – Nagyállomás.

Tram Line 2: 
On Line 2, tram services will be suspended from the start of service until 12:00. The services will resume from 12:00 to 16:08 on the full line. On August 20, between 03:24 and 12:45, as well as between 16:16 and the end of service, tram replacement buses marked 2V will operate between Nagyállomás and Doberdó utca.

TROLLEYBUS SERVICES

Trolleybus Line 3:
The services will operate on the usual route from the start of service until 07:00. Between 07:00 and 12:00, trolleybuses will transport passengers in both directions along the route of trolleybus Line 5. Between 12:00 and 19:00, they will return to the original route, and then from 19:00 to 22:00, they will again follow the route of trolleybus Line 5. Between 22:00 and the end of service, trolleybuses will operate on the original route.

The 3 trolleybuses departing from Segner tér at 07:02 and 18:55, as well as those departing from the Köztemető main gate at 07:05 and 19:12, will already operate on the 5 route.

Trolleybus Line 4:
The services will operate on the original route from the start of service until 07:00, then between 07:00 and 12:00 and 19:00 and 22:00, they will operate on the Segner tér – Nyugati utca – Külsővásártér – Erzsébet utca – Wesselényi utca – Hajnal utca – Rakovszky Dániel utca – Munkácsy Mihály utca – Víztorony utca – Ótemető utca – Rakovszky Dániel utca – Hajnal utca – Wesselényi utca – Erzsébet utca – Külsővásártér – Nyugati utca – Segner tér route. Between 22:00 and the end of service, trolleybuses will again operate on the original route.

The services departing from Segner tér at 07:06 and 19:06 will already operate on the diverted route.

Trolleybus Line 5.5A:
During the carnival events, the services will operate as usual. There will be no traffic restrictions on the line.

Bus 14Y:
The service will operate from 07:00 until the carnival parade passes and from 20:00 until the end of service, the 14Y buses will run with the 14 designation, following the route of bus 14.

Buses 15, 15Y:
From 07:00 until the carnival parade passes, and from 20:00 until the end of service, the route of the services will be: Doberdó utca – Böszörményi út – Mester utca – Nagy Imre utca – Tisza István utca – Antall József utca – Erzsébet utca – Nagyállomás – Mikepércsi út – original route – Mikepércsi út – Nagyállomás – Erzsébet utca – Antall József utca – Tisza István utca – Nagy Imre utca – Mester utca – Böszörményi út – Doberdó utca.

The 15 buses departing from Doberdó utca at 06:00, and from Széna tér at 05:45 will still operate on the original route.

The 15Y buses departing from Doberdó utca at 05:30, and from Bayk András utca at 06:05 will still operate on the original route.

Bus 16:
On August 20, the service will operate on a diverted route in both directions throughout the operating hours. The bus towards TEVA Pharmaceutical Factory will follow the Baksay Sándor utca – Nagyerdei körút (towards Egyetem) – Pallagi út diverted route. Towards Nagyállomás, it will operate on the Pallagi út – Nagyerdei körút (towards Egyetem) – Hadházi út diverted route.

Bus 19:
From 07:00 until the carnival parade passes, and from 19:00 until the end of the evening parade, the service will operate on the Sámsoni út direction via Széchenyi utca – Tisza István utca – Antall József utca – Erzsébet utca – Nagyállomás – Wesselényi utca – Hajnal utca – Munkácsy Mihály utca diverted route.

The services departing from Jégcsarnok at 06:41 and 18:41 will still operate on the original route.

Towards Jégcsarnok, the service will follow the Arad utca – Faraktár utca – Hajnal utca – Wesselényi utca – Nagyállomás – Erzsébet utca – Antall József utca – Miklós utca diverted route.

The services departing from Sámsoni út at 06:10 and 18:15 will still operate on the original route.

Buses 22, 22Y, 24, 24Y:
Outside the carnival parade, during full operating hours:
The 22 bus will operate on the Klinikai Központ – Nagyerdei körút (roundabout) – Pallagi út – Nagyerdei körút (towards Egyetem) – Hadházi út – Benczúr Gyula utca – Köztemető, main gate diverted route.

The 22Y service will operate on the Nagyerdei körút (towards Egyetem) – Hadházi út – Benczúr Gyula utca – Köztemető, main gate diverted route after the Social Home stop.

The 24 bus will operate on the Köztemető, main gate stop – Benczúr Gyula utca – Hadházi út – Nagyerdei körút (towards Egyetem) – Nagyerdei körút (roundabout) – Klinikai Központ diverted route after the Köztemető, main gate stop.

The 24Y service will operate on the Köztemető, main gate stop – Benczúr Gyula utca – Hadházi út – Nagyerdei körút (towards Egyetem) – Pallagi út diverted route after the Köztemető, main gate stop.

During the carnival parade:
The 22 service will operate from 07:00 until the carnival parade passes on the Doberdó utca – Kartács utca – Móricz Zsigmond utca – Pallagi út – TEVA Pharmaceutical Factory route. The buses will return from TEVA Pharmaceutical Factory with the 24 designation towards Vincellér utca.

From 20:00 until the carnival parade passes, the 22 bus will operate on the Nagyerdei körút – Nagyerdei körút (roundabout) – Nagyerdei körút – Hadházi út – Benczúr Gyula utca – Köztemető, main gate – Benczúr Gyula utca – Kassai út – Árpád tér – Csapó utca – Burgundia utca – Klaipeda utca – Szent Anna utca – Attila tér – Wesselényi utca – Nagyállomás – Erzsébet utca – Antall József utca – Tisza István utca – Hatvan utca diverted route.

The 22Y bus will operate from 07:00 until the carnival parade passes on the Békessy Béla utca – Kartács utca – Móricz Zsigmond út – Pallagi út – TEVA Pharmaceutical Factory route. The buses will return from TEVA Pharmaceutical Factory with the 24Y designation towards Vincellér utca.

From 20:00 until the carnival parade passes, the 22Y bus will operate on the Pallagi út – Nagyerdei körút – Hadházi út – Benczúr Gyula utca – Köztemető, main gate - Benczúr Gyula utca – Kassai út – Árpád tér – Csapó utca – Burgundia utca – Klaipeda utca – Szent Anna utca – Attila tér – Wesselényi utca – Nagyállomás – Erzsébet utca – Antall József utca – Tisza István utca – Hatvan utca diverted route.

From 07:00 until the carnival parade passes, the 24, 24Y services will operate on the Hatvan utca – Tisza István utca – Antall József utca – Erzsébet utca – Nagyállomás – Wesselényi utca – Attila tér – Szent Anna utca – Klaipeda utca – Burgundia utca – Csapó utca – Kassai út – Benczúr Gyula utca – Köztemető, main gate diverted route. The services will return towards Vincellér utca with the 22, 22Y designations.

From 20:00 until the carnival parade passes, the 24, 24Y buses will operate on the Hatvan utca – Tisza István utca – Antall József utca – Erzsébet utca – Nagyállomás – Wesselényi utca – Attila tér – Szent Anna utca – Klaipeda utca – Burgundia utca – Csapó utca diverted route. The services will operate on the original route after the Csapó utca stop.

Buses 23, 23Y:
The 23 bus will not operate from 07:00 until the carnival parade passes. The last service will depart from Doberdó utca at 06:05. The 23Y service will not operate from the start of service until the carnival parade passes.

Buses 25, 25Y, 125, 125Y:
The buses will operate from 07:00 until the carnival parade passes and from 19:00 until the end of the evening parade on the Segner tér – Nyugati utca – Külsővásártér – Erzsébet utca – Nagyállomás – Wesselényi utca – Hajnal utca – Faraktár utca – original route – Faraktár utca – Hajnal utca – Wesselényi utca – Nagyállomás – Erzsébet utca – Külsővásártér – Nyugati utca – Segner tér diverted route.

The 25 buses departing from Vincellér utca at 06:37 and 18:37 will operate on the original route. The 25 buses departing from Veres Péter utca at 05:35 and 18:05 will also operate on the original route.

The 125Y buses departing from Vincellér utca at 06:22 and 18:22 will operate on the original route. The 125Y buses departing from Veres Péter utca at 06:05 and 17:55 will also operate on the original route.

Bus 33:
From 07:00 until the carnival parade passes, and between 20:00 and the end of service, the route of the services will be: Segner tér – Hatvan utca – Nagy Imre utca – Csemete utca – Dózsa György utca – Füredi út – original route – Füredi út – Dózsa György utca – Csemete utca – Nagy Imre utca – Hatvan utca – Segner tér.

The services departing from Segner tér at 04:59 and 16:39, as well as those departing from Nagymacs at 05:30 and 17:15 will operate on the original route.

Bus 41:
The bus will operate from 07:00 until the carnival parade passes and from 19:00 until the end of the evening parade on the Széchenyi utca – Tisza István utca – Antall József utca – Erzsébet utca – Nagyállomás – Wesselényi utca – Hajnal utca – Faraktár utca – original route – Faraktár utca – Hajnal utca – Wesselényi utca – Nagyállomás – Erzsébet utca – Antall József utca – Tisza István utca – Széchenyi utca diverted route.

The services departing from Vincellér utca at 06:20 and 18:20, as well as those departing from Kinizsi Printing House at 05:45 and 17:45 will operate on the original route.

Bus 43:
From 07:00 until the carnival parade passes, and from 20:00 until the end of service, the route of the services will be: Nagyállomás – Erzsébet utca – Antall József utca – Tisza István utca - Nagy Imre utca – Mester utca – original route – Mester utca – Nagy Imre utca – Antall József utca – Erzsébet utca – Nagyállomás.

The services departing from Nagyállomás at 05:22 and 18:40, as well as those departing from Kishatár utca at 06:00 and 19:12 will operate on the original route.

Night Services:

After 23:59 on August 20, the following night services will operate.

From Nagyállomás at 00:00, a 2 tram will depart towards Doberdó utca/Egyetem, and at 00:05, a 1 tram will also depart.

From the Kistemplom stop at 00:00, an 18Y service will depart towards Széna tér, and at 00:05, a 47Y bus will depart towards Tégláskert utca.

From the Csokonai Theatre (towards Segner tér) stop, a combined Józsa service will depart at 00:00 towards Csokonai Theatre – Széchenyi utca – Nyugati utca – Böszörményi út – 35 main road – Szentgyörgyfalvi út – Sillye Gábor utca – Felsőjózsai utca – Gönczy Pál utca – Bocskai István út – Tokaji utca – Templom utca – Alsójózsai utca.

From the Csokonai Theatre (towards Burgundia utca) stop, a 15Y bus will depart at 00:00 towards Bayk András utca.

From the Debrecen Court stop at 00:00, a 3 trolleybus will depart towards Kassai út, at 00:00, a 19 bus will depart towards Sámsoni út, and at 00:05, a 125 bus will depart towards Veres Péter utca via Vámospércsi út.
