Children's Day Jungle Tour on the Tram

When? May 30–31, 2026 (Saturday and Sunday), all day

Do you still remember the tram to Alice in Wonderland? The sheep clouds, the flower meadow, the White Princess? On the occasion of Children's Day, the Csokonai National Theatre and DKV Zrt. are preparing for magic once again!

This time, the DKV vehicles will be decorated inspired by the performance of The Jungle Book presented by the Csokonai National Theatre in March, where children can discover the secrets of the mysterious jungle.

On May 30 and 31, the dense jungle will take over the Debrecen line 1 tram – on two special routes, you might even meet characters from Mowgli's world! On May 30, adventurous journeys departing from Nagyállomás at 9:40 and 10:28 will be guided by Bagheera and Kaa.

Participation in the two guided jungle tours is free, but prior registration is required.
