Traffic Regulations During the Campus Festival
July 22-26, 2026. This year's Campus Festival will be held at Nagyerdő. DKV Zrt. will provide more frequent services on the 1 tram, as well as the 22, 22Y, 24, and 24Y bus lines to assist those wishing to enjoy the festival. Additionally, the C1, C2, and C3 night buses will also operate this year, while the 92, 93, and 94 night buses will not run during the festival.
Due to preparatory work, starting from Monday, July 20, from the beginning of operations, until the end of the event on Sunday, July 26, until the end of operations, the 16, 22, 22Y, 24, and 24Y buses will operate on a detour route.
THE DETOUR ROUTE FOR BUSES
16 BUS
Towards the Gyógyszergyár:
The 16 bus will continue straight after the Baksay Sándor utca stop towards the University, then will operate on the Nagyerdei körút - Pallagi út detour route.
Towards the Nagyállomás:
The 16 service will turn right towards the Clinics after the Szociális Otthon stop, then will operate on the Nagyerdei körút - Hadházi út detour route.
22 BUS
The 22 service will turn back at the roundabout after the Klinikai Központ Nagyerdei Campus stop, then will transport passengers on the Nagyerdei körút - Hadházi út - Benczúr Gyula utca - Köztemető, főkapu detour route. The 22 bus will continue on its original route after the Köztemető, főkapu stop.
22Y BUS
The 22Y service will turn right after the Szociális Otthon stop, then will operate on the Nagyerdei körút - Hadházi út - Benczúr Gyula utca - Köztemető, főkapu detour route. The 22Y bus will continue on its original route after the Köztemető, főkapu stop.
24 BUS
The 24 service will operate on the Benczúr Gyula utca - Hadházi út - Nagyerdei körút (towards the University) – Klinikai Központ Nagyerdei Campus detour route after the Köztemető, főkapu stop. The 24 bus will turn back at the roundabout and then continue transporting passengers on its original route.
24Y BUS
The 24Y bus will proceed on the Benczúr Gyula utca - Hadházi út - Nagyerdei körút (towards the University) - Pallagi út detour route after the Köztemető, főkapu stop. The 24Y service will continue on its original route after the Szociális otthon stop.
The 22, 22Y, 24, and 24Y buses will not serve the Köztemető, főkapu and Köztemető, déli kapu stops between 8:00 PM and 6:00 AM, outside of the Köztemető's opening hours during the detour.
DAYTIME TRANSPORTATION
1 TRAM:
From July 22-26, 2026, from 5:00 PM until the end of operations, the 1 trams will operate on a compressed schedule.
22, 22Y, 24, 24Y BUSES:
The buses will transport passengers with a compressed frequency from 5:00 PM until the end of operations. During the Köztemető's opening hours, the supplementary services will not serve the Köztemető, déli kapu and Köztemető, főkapu stops. After 8:00 PM, all services will operate without serving the Köztemető.
NIGHT TRANSPORTATION
TRAM TRANSPORTATION
1 tram:
During the Campus Festival, the 1 trams will also operate at night.
The services will depart from Nagyállomás every 14-16 minutes from the end of operations until the start of operations the next day.
BUS TRANSPORTATION
DKV Zrt. will also increase the number of its night services between July 22 and July 26, 2026. Due to the significantly increased travel demands, the 92, 93, and 94 services have been integrated into the schedule of the C1, C2, and C3 buses, which will operate every 20 minutes from the Klinikai Központ Nagyerdei Campus stop on all three routes.
