Tram 1 runs to the University

Tramway renewal work will resume from service start on Monday, 22 August 2022. DKV Zrt. is reconstructing the track structure at the intersection of Nagyerdei körút and Egyetem tér. Work is expected to continue until the trams stop running on Sunday, 18 September. Tram 1 will run to the University stop and then back to the Clinics. During the reconstruction, Medgyessy sétány stop will not be used. Passengers travelling towards Nagyállomás can also board the tram at the temporary stop at the intersection of the Clinical Centre’s Nagyerdei Campus, the Aquaticum of Nagyerdei körút and Medgyessy sétány.
